It’s clearly a woman. I would say Diana, but her hair was blonde. Yankee Girl?
I dunno, the middle figure in the bottom panel kinda looks like a T-800 with a bucket on his head to me.

I was hoping to have this up ASAP or at least for Thursday, but every time I sit down at the computer to work on it, I end up giving myself whiplash from falling asleep…
